This blog is a dream come true for me. I have always wanted to be a fashion designer and a stylist and an art director at a magazine. Featherstitch Avenue has given me a platform to be all three! In the past, I’ve been hesitant to show anyone the garment I’m working on because I don’t feel it’s finished until it’s styled and placed in the right setting. With this blog, I’m thrilled to be able to present my work after it has gone through all three phases of creativity. And I get to take advantage of the fact that I have an in-house photographer and idea factory–my husband Santiago. I’m having so much fun dreaming up new things to show you and I hope that you come back to visit soon and often!

Since day one, I’ve been having the time of my life creating images for Featherstitch Avenue. I love fashion photography. It’s hard work. Working with Tracey, it’s never been easier. It’s a bit different from my own photography, yet no less inspiring. And of course, to collaborate creativitely with the love of my life, Tracey, is a whopping scoop of icing on an already very sweet cake.
